My Journey so far
I’ve worked across enterprise infrastructure delivery, retail modernization, and hands-on product and UX design. Each role has added to my ability to work across teams, adapt to constraints, and deliver outcomes that are both usable and strategic.
I’m strongest in environments where product thinking, UX execution, and delivery overlap, because I enjoy being the person who connects the dots between users, stakeholders, and technology.

Product Strategist
This role was where I learned what real digital transformation looks like outside of theory. I led the modernization of a 20-year-old retail business from the ground up and not just redesigning how it looked online, but rebuilding how the business operated behind the scenes. I introduced POS and CRM workflows, restructured service operations, and built a loyalty system that improved customer retention by 38%. It taught me how to balance customer experience, operational constraints, and long-term scalability because in retail, if a system doesn’t work on a busy day, it doesn’t work at all.

UX Designer & Dev
Alongside my main role, I worked with SMEs and solopreneurs to design and build digital products that weren’t just visually clean, but actually useful and conversion-driven. I’ve delivered full projects end-to-end using WordPress and Django — from discovery and wireframes to development and deployment. This work also sharpened my ability to think independently, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and build solutions that match real constraints like time, budget, and limited internal resources. It also gave me strong instincts around SEO foundations, user journeys, and building systems that are maintainable long after launch.

My early career was rooted in enterprise delivery, where I managed IT infrastructure rollouts and decommission projects across 28 global sites. It was high-pressure work that demanded structure, accountability, and stakeholder management at scale. I worked closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure delivery stayed aligned with timelines and governance requirements, and I standardized reporting processes to improve clarity for senior leadership. That experience shaped how I approach execution today even in UX and product work, I naturally think in terms of dependencies, risk, systems, and delivery realities.
Across these experiences, I’ve developed a working style that’s practical and delivery-driven. I enjoy designing systems that look good, but more importantly, work under pressure and scale over time. Whether I’m working on UX flows, product strategy, or implementation details, I tend to naturally take ownership, align people, and push ideas into something real.
