Across 8+ SME engagements, I rebuilt supplier records, booking workflows and request tracking into systems small teams could run without me, including a 50-supplier, 3,000-product records rebuild at a Dublin music retailer.

Digitising a two-site automotive service business, end to end
Over five years, I moved an authorised Michelin partner from notebooks, Tally entries and WhatsApp threads to connected customer records, invoicing and reporting across two locations and ~30 staff.
From supplier-branded to self-owned: brand, UX and web for a tyre dealership
Customer research, personas and a rebuilt identity took a 30-year tyre dealership from a supplier-branded template site to its own brand and web presence, in use on the storefront, the stationery and the web since 2021.
For a decade I've worked at the messy edge of organisations, where the brief is fuzzy, records don't line up, and nobody quite agrees what done looks like. Enterprise programmes, a two-location service business, and a string of digital products for small teams.

At UCD, I supported scholarships and funding operations, creating SOPs and Google Apps Script automation to make reviewed-record communications clearer, faster and more consistent.
